Backyard Amenities
Our personal favorite, and most raved about amenity, is the large, private, outdoor salt-water swimming pool. The pool is heated complimentary to all guests. Pool floaties and noodles are also included. Stay tuned, a 6-8 person hot-tub spa will be added soon.
Included with the pool is an outdoor hot/cold shower. We love keeping the beach theme alive with this repurposed surfboard. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also included in all showers. Convenient and fun to rinse off after a long day at the beach,
Want to barbeque at home? An outdoor high-end infrared grill available for use. Instructions are listed inside the home after booking.
Outdoor Amenities
There are many bikes included for use to stroll around town. Even something for the little guys and girls. If you have a larger group and need more bikes, there are always bikes available for rent in town. (5-10 minute walk from the house)
There is a golf cart on site available for rent. It is electric and seats 6 comfortably. It is street legal, equipped with plates, lights, and seat belts. Go to "golf cart rental" page for more information.
The house is located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. From the backyard there is a gate with a path through the dunes (450 feet). From the front yard there is a path along the street to public beach access. A wagon is also provided to use to carry along things like a cooler, towels, toys and more. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available as well.
DIning at Home
There is plenty of space for dining at home. Two larger dining tables and one table for four to accomodate all of your dining needs.
A large kitchen fit for many cooks. A double oven, five burner gas stove, and many other appliances to suit your needs. We have included for you a double waffle maker, blender/processor, and an instapot. The kitchen is also fully equipped with any amenities needed for a fine dining experience here at home.
Additional dining room and table, counter space with four barstools and two more seats for lounging.
