The home is located approximately 450 yards from the beach. There are two ways to get to the beach. A path leading from the gate in the back yard through the dunes, or through the street (2 blocks) to public beach access.

All you'll need to bring is your swimsuit and some sunscreen! Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach wagon with cupholders, bikes and more have been provided for your use. Pool towels have also been provided although if you want a large beach blanket or sand toys you will need to bring those yourself.

Kids are 100% welcome. Our home is very family friendly, the beach is great for families and groups. Unfortunately, pets are NOT welcome. 

Provided for your use is everything you should need for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. There are pots, pans, cookie trays, cutlery, casserole dishes, measuring cups and more. There is a waffle maker, blender and instapot, OH MY! We have also provided some basic spices for your use.  There are dining seats to accommodate up to 24 people.

There are 2 kayaks available for use at no additional cost to you. We do ask that they remain limited to adult use only. If you have a group larger than 2 who wish to kayak, you are able to rent more in town. There are also guided tours available.

The bikes are also a complimentary amenity for your use. Again, if you have a larger group who wish to bike at the same time, there are more available to rent in town.

The cleaning fee is not included in the nightly rate but is required. Especially with COVID-19 we want to ensure extra cleaning and sanitization measures are taken between each group of guests.

There are extra towels available in each bathroom, and extra blankets/pillows in most of the closets in each room as well as the media room. The laundry room is available for your use. For any other needs you may have please contact Shannon at signaturerentalssi@gmail.com.

Based on the size of the cars, you can park approximately 2-3 cars in the driveway and another 3 in the area in front of the front lawn.

Absolutely no parties. There are not specific rules provided by the owners pertaining to gatherings, but you must abide by the city guidelines and ordinance.

If you decide to cancel your stay more than 30 days prior to your arrival you will receive 100% refund. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 2 weeks of your stay will not be given a refund.
