What to expect:
We have left you a few things for your stay;
½ gallon of milk and OJ, pancake mix and syrup, fresh fruit, coffee and creamer.
Two great bottles of wine for you to enjoy a red and white.
Please look in the kitchen cabinets and pantry to become familiar with what is available for your convenience
There is also shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms for you. (hairdryers too)
There are pool toys, beach towels, an umbrella and beach chairs located in the outside closet near the pool equipment.
(Please leave dirty towels hanging in the outside bath upon check out)
There is also a beach wagon, and 6 adult bikes and a kids bike located in the garage for your use, please clean them off and place them back in the garage upon check out.
Several house maintenances that may happen during your stay:
- Lawn Care is generally on Tuesdays.
- Pool Care & Chemical testing is generally on Thursday or Friday morning around 10:00 am.
- Pest Control for mosquitos happens every 21 days, management will notify you before they arrive.
- Regular Trash (Green Containers) is picked up at 7:30am on Tuesday.
- Recycling Trash (Blue Container) is picked up every other Tuesday.
NO GLASSWARE BY THE POOL AREA!!
Plenty of Non-glass ware available for use.
